LIABILITY WAIVER

I/We, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in Sassafras Earth Education's programs, activities, and events carries certain inherent risks. I/We fully understand that these risks may include, but are not limited to, the risk of physical or emotional harm, or the risk of loss or damage to personal property.

I/We voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Sassafras Earth Education's programs, activities, and events, including any risks that may arise from the negligence of the organization or its employees, agents, or contractors.

I/We hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Sassafras Earth Education, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any of my property, as a result of participating in Sassafras Earth Education's programs, activities and events, whether caused by the negligence of the organization or otherwise.

I/We represent and warrant that the participant is physically and emotionally capable of participating in Sassafras Earth Education's programs, activities and events and that I/We have no medical or other condition that would prevent me/us from doing so.

I/We agree to comply with all policies and guidelines established by Sassafras Earth Education for the safety and well-being of all participants.
